Are You Bringing In Customers Every Week?

Dry Cleaning Marketing

If you are not doing something to bring in business to your dry cleaners EVERY week, your dry cleaning business is going to fail.

You must have a regular program in place that works week in and week out to bring customers into your dry cleaners’ business.

In my business, I drop bags every week.  I have a referral program that is in place every week.  I mail postcards every week to fill in my route.  I get the list of new movers in my area and I mail and bag drop them every week. My newsletter goes out every week during the month.

You must be doing something every week to generate new customers. You can’t sit on your butt and do nothing.

Being the best quality dry cleaner in town will not bring in a constant flow of new customers.  Having the sharpest logo will not bring them either.  You must be proactive in getting new customers.

* Start a newsletter.
* Start dropping bags to just 50 houses a week.
* Mail 100 postcards to fill in your route this week.
* Start a referral program.
* Get a list of the new movers this week.

Get started with all of these or just one of them. The most important thing is that you get started.

Thanks for letting me rant.  Because I’ve been in marketing all of my adult life, I know that if you’re not getting new customers this week, you’re loosing ground and eventually you’ll be out of business. Get going with your dry cleaning business!

You should be constantly working on ways to get new customers in your store and on your route.
